Omni Channel Team Lead

Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce: 80%
1.1. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Oversee online channel development strategies
- Create business plan align with organization’s vision and goals and execute online stores
- Collaborate with Marketing team to create promotion programs, deliver a consistent message across all platforms (e-letter, ads, websites…), make plan for establishing & enhancing brand image
1.2. Business Operations:
- Run and drive sales in multiple digital platforms to reach the business goal
- Monitor traffic and performance of the digital channels, analyze sales results and initiate corrective action where required
- Update and manage data of customers’ information, support customer consultation via different selling channels, collect feedback to improve CRO and customer experience
- Keep a complete track of online marketers, competitors and consumer trends
- Create a comprehensive business model for Omni Channel presence
1.3. Inventory:
- Monitor inventory status and supervise online product’s warehouse keeper, assure the product’s quantity and product always at best condition
- Responsible for comparing sales figure and inventory, check and input end-of-month bill in POS
1.4. Innovation:
- Research and expand the potential selling channels to increase online channel’s KPI
- Propose necessary supportive service for each selling channels
- Deploy suitable Customer Service programs for each selling channels

2. Retail: 20%
2.1. Training:
- Organize training for staff in store
2.2. Store management:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in store
- Regularly update new campaigns to store
- Track store shipment plan and actual delivery
- Regularly check cash, bank account statement in store
- Work with contractors on design, layout, construction… on store renovation
- Work with landlord on lease agreement
2.3. POS:
- Creating new employees in POS
- Daily tracking sales status: Daily sales report, SIR, SOR
- Any other any issues in POS
3. Report
- Do weekly and monthly reports on sales results, revenue or as required

Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Commerce… or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce principles, strategies and techniques
- 3 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, retail, shopping settlement, customer service… in a multinational and professional working environment
- English and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook…)
- Personal specifications:
• Strong leadership skills
• Have ability to work either individually or with a team.
• Have ability to handle situations and communicate well.
