Mô tả công việc
To manage OHSE and Security management system, ensuring the Tây Ninh Plant to comply with the company and Vietnam law’s OHSE and security policies and meet all given OHSE and security targets.
1. Ensure safe working environment for all employees, visitors and contractors:
• Monitor the OH&S annual plan to ensure its implemented
• Manage every serious & near hit incidents, tracking report of hazards & risk control to eliminate the risk and hazardous at works.
• Monitor the compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, rules and regulations to ensure everyone following
• Manage FPE/CSM implementation to eliminate incident/ accident at works
• Ensure OHS&E training & drill plan is developed and follow up.
2. Ensure security management system is in place and good management:
• Daily monitoring of security activities and report
• Cooperate with security contractor and HP Industrial Zone or relevant departments to ensure Terminal security system smoothly operation.
3. Ensure all equipment that has critical requirements of safety to be checked & certified on time:
• File all documents related to this equipment and keep them on track.
• Plan to certified special equipment according to safety requirements & VN Law.
4. Ensure working environment comply with local law & Fico-YTL directives and ISO 9001, ISO 14001:
• Monitor the working environment and emissions to ensure within local limits and Fico-YTL standards.
• Manage the housekeeping plan to ensure its implemented.
• Cooperate with other departments to fulfill all the ISO requirements.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree on Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety / Environment
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experienced in OH&S in heavy Industries
- Knowledge for working in multi-cultural environment and ability of negotiation
