Officer, Surveillance Operations

Duties may include but not limited to:
 Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas
 Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities
 Use the in house software applications
 Report writing and completing documentation
 Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken
 Interact with internal customers via the telephone
 Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments
 Follow department SOPs
 Perform other associated duties as assigned
 Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self-generated are completed to department standards
 Be a reliable and dependable team member
 Meet all expectations of the position.

Qualifications/Requirements
 Previous rotating shift work experience preferred
 High School preferred
 Excellent command of written and spoken English
 Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
 Customer service and delivery focused
 Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
 Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues
 Good Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
