Mô tả công việc
- Support RM to receive and perform checking the documents for account opening /account maintenance from customers;
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) for new customers and existing customers;
- Contact customers for additional required documents during KYC process and account opening/account maintenance;
- Update and follow Local regulations and Head Office Rules about account opening and KYC;
- Support Department Head & Team Head to build up and maintain account services in good quality with high productivity;
- Co-operate with other departments and branches to provide the best service to the customers;
- Participate in the implementation of KYC initiatives and best practices;
- Handling reports for internal and external parties.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Essential: At least 3 years’ experience working in banking sector with at least 2 years’ experience in account services and/or KYC processing (Preferably from multi-national banks).
- Strong communication skills and ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
- Responsible, trustworthy, patient and attention to details.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese.
- Preferable: Fluent Japanese is preferable.
