• Clear understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensure regulatory clarifications are documented and any assumptions are validated.
• Prepare regulatory reports and ensure following the DOI (Departmental Operating Instructions) and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Proactively using Country Data Lake for preparation of reports and perform control checking reports.
• Review the DOI and SLA with data owners and related departments.
• Perform control checking on the reports prior to submission. Build, maintain and update the control checking template to ensure the effective controls on reports.
• Perform required actions under Report Submission Control for all report submissions.
• Analyze for changes in products, source files, system to update reporting process in relation to reporting logic, DOI and SLA.
• Proactively acknowledge and monitor new requirements in regulatory report from local regulators e.g. State Bank of Vietnam, Credit Information Center or Vietnam Insurance Depository, as notified by Compliance or relevant RCO.
• To identify and report all exceptions or non-compliance of regulatory control during reporting process.
• Working closely with different units of the Bank to deliver excellent services to internal and regulatory bodies in term of reporting.
• Escalate issues found in the regulatory reporting process (return/data ownership issues, errors, data quality issues)
• Perform zero based review of reports on a periodic basis.
• Ensure no fail audit and SBV inspection on Regulatory reporting for in-charged areas
• Willing to perform any additional tasks assigned by managers from time to time as and when appropriate.Click here to enter text.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Graduated University. Major in Economic, Banking and Technology is preferable.
Advance computer/PC skills, MS Office such as Excel, Word...; Experience in using SQL is an advantage.
Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese.
Good knowledge about banking product and local regulations.
