Mô tả công việc
1. Import:
Do & control all import activities:
- Check, define and control strictly, completely the HS code for imported materials and other imported goods
- Work with forwarder to make exactly & completely the customs declaration for import shipments
- Control & ensure the KPIs
- Follow, control & update the materials imported list for export goods and the import duty for import shipments
- Control the cost for logistics cost in month/ year to report for management team
- Contact customs/ forwarders/customer to get the strong support from them in import- export
Make the payment of service cost for customers (forwarders, shipping lines….)
- Update the customs laws related to the import- export activities and provide news to related sections.
- Do all others works follows directors instructions
- Report the job results to Leader team.
2. Export:
Do & control all export activities:
- Make , Registry & control completely & exactly the BOM for export goods
- Work with forwarder to make exactly & completely the customs declaration for export shipments
- Control & ensure the KPIs
- Control the cost for logistics cost in month/ year to report for management team
- Prepare and control the C/O for the export goods
- Contact customs/ forwarders/customer to get the strong support from them
- Make the payment of service cost for customers (forwarders, shipping lines….)
- Update the customs laws related to the import- export activities and provide news to related sections.
- Do all others works follows directors instructions
- Report the job results to Leader team.
3. Tax refund & Liquidation:
Manage & control all tax refund & Liquidation activities
- Make the tax refund & liquidation report as fixed plan
- Update the customs laws related to tax refund activities and provide news to related sections.
- Follow up the in-out material balance in monthly/ quarterly to repair in time
- Work with customs & other sections in case customs needs check the liquidation report at company office
- Manage, control & follow up the tax refund & Liquidation data
- Report the job results to Management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics/ Supply Chain/ International Trade
Solving problems quickly to ensure all shipments arrive in time to deliver goods to customers
Experience SAP is preferable
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transportaion, / related field or equivalent experience
Good communication shill in both Vietnamese & English
Having knowledge iin customs clearance/ liquidation
Solving problems quickly to ensure all shipments arrive in time to deliver goods to customers
Experience SAP is preferable
Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Transportaion, / related field or equivalent experience
Good communication shill in both Vietnamese & English
Having knowledge iin customs clearance/ liquidation
