CS task is to ensure excellent customer service provided. The position is responsible to handle tasks at Customer Contact Center (CCC) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency activity and services in accordance with company's policies, Operation procedures and guidelines.
Duties and responsibilities
Be the hotline staff. Handle Inbound & Outbound calls.
Guide agents’ admin procedures
Reply clients’ inquiries about policy and admin procedures related to policy
Guide clients to fulfill admin procedures according to clients’ requests
Handle policy conservation via phone.
Receive complaints from clients and Coordinate with the staff in-charge of handling complaints to solve for clients
Complaint handling
In case of change in job assignment for CS staff, the job description will be adjusted accordingly

University Degree. (Prefer specialize in Finance,
Insurance, Banking, Economics, Trade)
