Work location: 4 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Da Kao Ward, Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh City
* Responsibilities
・Maintaining a good relationship with existing customer.
・Arranging to delivery products from manufacturer with logistics company.
(Making documents for import and export such as invoice, packing list)
・Making the quotation (Checking and calculating tax and delivery cost).
・Arranging and checking the products in our warehouse.
・Business trip with manager for translating into Vietnamese.
・Supporting easy accountant work.

・Having passion for work and international deal.
・Graduated University.
・Excel Skill is a must.
・Intermediate English skill.
・At least 1 years experiences of office staff. (Experience in trading company is advantage.)
・Having the knowledge of international trade is better.
・Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 -17:00 ) Saturday (8:00 – 12:00)
