Mô tả công việc
- Assist Chief Representative Officer to start up establishment of NongHyup Bank new branch.
- Establish and manage good relationship with local authorities and government offices.
- Support Chief Representative Officer in internal and external relations;
- Conduct market research and related reports.
- Prepare necessary administrative and legal formalities related to operation of Representative Office;
- Translate legal documents as required
- Do interpretation during meetings and field visits as required
- Arrange air-ticket and hotel accommodation for the expats
- Answer the telephone, receiving and greeting guests/visitors;
- Plan and order things for Office using such as stationery, office tools & equipment, etc.
- Prepare and make visa, work permit, temporary residence card for expats.
- Calculation of monthly social/health/unemployment insurance contribution (“SIHIUI”)
- Preparation of monthly payroll reports.
- Performing procedures in relation to SIHIUI compliance such as preparation and submission of monthly reports to the SI Agency, renewal of HI card and processing claims of SI benefits.
- Preparation of annual final PIT returns.
- Performing procedures in relation to labor registration and deregistration.
- Claiming dependent relief.
- Make payment orders (bank and petty cash) but not limited to book, reconcile and report by Chief Rep
- Familiar with Vietnamese tax regulations,
- Make execution of monthly & yearly budget report.
- Update the monthly fee and make relevant reports for cost control,
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Rep

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education/Major: Bachelor in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance…
- Have experience in accounting field (accounts payable) and HR field (PIT, SI Agency, Labor Department).
- Good knowledge of Vietnam taxation and legal accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities
- Fluency in English is required
- Independent, able to manage works in priorities under pressure
- Soft skills: MS Office, communication skill, good command of written/ spoken English (good organizational skills and high attention to details
- Others: High responsibility, trustworthy, active, enthusiastic, independent.
