Mô tả công việc
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Receiving, sending and sorting daily deliveries/couriers.
• Maintaining and managing of meeting rooms.
• Ordering front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
• Updating calendars and schedule meetings.
• Collecting and checking applicants’ resumes and records.
• Support documents for 3 days of culture training for new staff.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College Degree, have experience as a receptionist is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, good customer service attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
