Mô tả công việc

Main Role:
As an office manager, your main role is to ensure the smooth running of our office daily and manage a team to offer WoW services to employee. In addition, you will also be responsible for organizing employee engagement activities. We are looking for a young well organized professional who enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of 300+ of talented and diverse employees.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain office operation and efficiency regarding facility and equipment procurement, office layouts, operation and procedures, and hospitality for visitors, etc.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders: with HR for maintaining office policies and assisting on-board; with IT on all office equipment; with office lease for building facility; negotiate and contract with vendors, service providers for event organizing, etc.
- Plan and execute company events and employment engagement activity: company trips, company birthday, monthly events.
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Lead an administrative team and responsible for employee’s support such as: flight tickets, accommodation, transportation.
- Some ad-hocs projects assigned by Regional Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s degree or higher. Oversea education and experience is preferable.
- Open and Service oriented mind.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solve skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skill and ability to multi-tasks and prioritize work.
- Fluent in English.
