Office Manager

Tropic World Paradise is an import/export company focused on agricultural products and live animals.

We’re importing raw cashew nuts, sesame seeds, coffee, cacao, peanut, hazel nuts, timber and logs for the Vietnamese market. We also export seafood, cashew nuts, and other agriculture products from Vietnam to countries like the USA, Europe and Japan.

We have the opportunity for a well experienced Office Manager in import and export to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the office and team
- Logistics, including relationships with transport and insurance companies
- Import and export documentation with governmental departments
- Finance, commercial and reporting tasks
- Accounting, Human resource management
- Office administration
- Sales and Marketing
- Work with sales manager to meet sales targets
- Supervise staff and reports to the management
- May need to travel overseas to meet customers when needed

- Have minimum 5 years experience in management team in Export and Import
- Have strong organization skills
- Be flexible and available to work overtime when necessary
- Have strong English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Well experience in human resource, office administration, management of staff, handle import and export documentation with government departments
- Have analytical thinking and attention to details
- Good team builder
- Be self-motivated, self-discipline, hard working and responsible and work well in a small team environment
- Be fluent in Vietnamese and have excellent spoken and written English
- Marketing experience is desirable
- Have a University Degree or higher
