- Manage Hanoi office’s operations.
- Lead the Northern team to achieve given budget (production, quality and sales).
- Plan and execute sales strategies with regional sales manager.
- Monitor and co-supervise production in Northern facility.
- Co-manage the quality and logistic operation in North.
- Interview, train and coach the staffs on daily operation.

- Industrial knowledge: Garment & Textile (including accessories and materials for apparels)
- Foreign language: English – compulsory, Chinese/Korean - preferable
- IT knowledge: computer, excel, internet
- Travelling: request on business.
