The position of Office Assistant consists of being responsible for providing administrative, finance supports and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. We are looking for candidate who thrives to support in multiple business areas, being adaptable and flexible and eager to learn new things
Who can:
Handle administration of company in Vietnam.
Manage internal finance as cash book updating and petty cash control.
Be main contact point in daily operations with other vendors.
Process for Visa/ Temporary Residence card and Work Permit application for foreign employees/managers.
Cooperate with external accountant on financial reporting, auditing.
Prepare payrolls and salary payments, SHUI, PIT matters.
Contact with suppliers/ clients and process input/output invoices, prepare sales contracts or related sales documents.
Prepare payments, maintain e-banking.
Other multi-tasks assign from Managers of the company.

We require:
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in office management and/or administration.
Experience with financial operations and reporting, sense for details.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Advanced knowledge of English language skills. Basic knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and handle multiple tasks.
Willing to learn, pro-active and reliable.
Professional communication skills.
Experience in international working environment or working with foreigners is advantage.
Age from 28
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in office management and/or administration.
