Mô tả công việc
1. Job Information:
- Quality: 1
- Work Place: Duy Tan, Ha Noi
- Type of contract: Full-time Process
2. Job Description:
* Accounting:
- Receipt/payment by cash and bank
- Domestic and Overseas AR/AP
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Ensure all Credit Notes and Debit Notes are recorded in General Statement
- Preparing monthly financial statement (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Cost of Good solds and Balance sheet) and tax reports generated from Accounting software and yearly finalization report (VAT, PIT, CIT).
- Prepare monthly report, report to Director, Headquarter if required.
- Manage accounting department's jobs
* HR:
- Check Payroll, Social Insurance.
- Recruitment
- Manage HR department's jobs
* GA:
- Buy furniture, setting office and so on
- Quality: 1

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 year experience in Accounting. 1 year of experience in Logistics company is an advantage
- Knowledge about Financial statement, AR - AP
- Bachelor’s degree of Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Good at MS Offices; knowledge and experience of using Accounting systems.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills.
- Being honest
- Have a good knowledge about Tax Law, Accounting Law and other Laws according to job's requirements;
- Ability to work independently
- Being careful, customer-oriented & achievement-driven attitude.
- CV by English (obligation)
- Attached: Certificate, transcripts…(if any)
- Having sense of responsibility, leadership, teamwork spirit;
