+ General administration to ensure efficient operations of office.
+ Community management to reinforce company values and engagement with tech startup community.
+ Management of support staff such as cleaners.
+ Developing and maintaining administration systems and procedures.
+ Assisting with light HR duties including employee record keeping.
+ Management of office supplies, inventory, and consumables.
+ Management of kitchen, pantry, and weekly lunch program.
+ Logistics coordination for visiting overseas guests.
+ Recording office expenditures and managing office budget.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
