Overall Departmental Goals:
To ensure that Khiri Vietnam’s back office is financially accurate, operating under the correct legal framework and supporting all employees for HR related issues and ensure an enjoyable work environment in the office for everyone.
Specific Purpose and Scope of Work:
Your job consists of handling incoming calls, act as the receptionist of the office, coordinate housekeeping and security and support HR as well as other departments in administrational tasks as required.
Base Office:
At the Khiri Travel Vietnam Office, in Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle the main office number as the first contact person for incoming calls, answer the enquiries if possible or forward calls to the responsible department
• Support in preparing client cards for Saigon office as well as branch offices and add issued invoices to the client file
• Support arranging visa letters for clients
• Receive incoming and send postage
• Coordinate and manage housekeeping and security of Saigon office
• Take care of stationery, fixing machines, devices, drinks and food for the office, water, electricity, phone and internet
• Work with IT to set up the new desk and equipment for newcomers and be the contact person with IT when the office has computer or internet problems
• HR related tasks such as preparing documents to process work permit or residence card, coordinate annual health-checkups and organize entertainment for employees.

• Experience: Not required
• Bachelor degree – preferably in Tourism or Hospitality
• Deep interest and passion in local and regional travel
• Reliable team player with positive attitude
• Excellent in English communications
