Mô tả công việc
* Administration:
• Marketing of the Company in an appropriate image
• Typing of minutes, correspondence etc, and storing on correct location in the computer network.
• Recording courier packages and expenses
• Monthly computer network file back-up
• Recording and itemizing of communication and printing expenses
• Organisation of printing of promotional materials, brochures etc
• Organisation of printer and photocopier maintenance
• Office supplies and stationary – ensuring adequate supplies are available to meet office needs, control of stationary use.
• Preparation of Project marketing packages to prospective Clients
• General filing for Projects
• Maintaining list of company contacts, recording changes of address
• Maintenance of the information library on products, contractors, consultants
• Ensuring office remains in tidy and orderly manner
• Making efficient domestic and overseas travel arrangements for managers
• Liaise with governmental authorities to solve all matters related to the office.
• Keeping of Company licences and notarized copies, records required ensuring that licences do not expire
• Translating of documents as required
• Office Management and receptionist duties
• Establishment and maintenance of Company systems
• Transport coordination – cars and taxis
• Arrangements for staff business travel and accommodation
• Organised booking system for meeting rooms
• Organisation and maintenance of the computer network
• Control of Office equipment
• Maintain materials information library
• Control of Project archive system
• Company induction at start up – introduction to company procedures / safety
*Marketing:
• Assistance in marketing of the Company and Services
• Assist to Advertising of the Company
• Control of advertising standards, logo’s, letterheads etc
• Organizing company events
• Organizing company Christmas cards and new year gifts
• Staff and Client newsletters
• Arrangements for Project advertising signage
• Preparation of fee proposals and estimate fees for company services for BoM approval.
• Maintain business contact lists
• Maintaining a market list of Contractor / Suppliers / Specialists
• Perform other duties assigned by the directors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Qualifications: Bachelor Degree (English language/Foreign Trade/Business Administration are preferred)
* Experience:
- 2+ years in similar position within foreign company
- Good-Excellent English
- Construction background is preferred.
