RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Manages staff expense claims, leave, and holiday.
• Assists in purchase orders and invoicing.
• Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor (will receive training if necessary).
CWT Commodities Logistics company Vietnam Ltd. has an opportunity for an experienced and Logistics Manager to join a Singapore based multinational Logistics Supply Chain Company specialized in soft commodities within a wholly owned subsidiary of the CWT Group. Reporting to the management, this position offers a broad spectrum of opportunity, scope and authority.
The successful candidate will cover the position of Office Administrative Officer - CWT Commodities Logistics Company Vietnam Ltd and take a lead role in managing the back-office operations of the group’s s new warehousing operations in Dong Nai and Bao Loc.

IDEAL PERSON SPECIFICATION
• Proven admin or assistant experience, ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Good knowledge of book-keeping procedures is advantage.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (knowledge of English is a big advantage)
• College degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
