Mô tả công việc
1. Support HRM & Chief Accountant to finish papers with government organization
2. Purchase stationeries in time.
3. Send email to inform to staff when HR requests & follow staff’s birthday to wish them by email.
4. Combine Trade Union to organize birthday for staffs.
5. Report cash flow every week.
6. Receive & pay & make balance with Union Organization.
7. Organize party & tour team building every year.
8. Check equipment in the office to inform to building to repair in time.
9. Search CV & Recruitment.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. At least 1-year experience in Office - Admin
2. Detail, careful, result-oriented
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic computer software.
5. Excellent English skill both in writing and verbal is a plus.
6. Having experience working with HR work is a plus.

- Month 13th bonus (paid before Tet and depends on company performance. If staff signed labor contract less than 12 months then the bonus is calculated pro-rata)
