Mô tả công việc
ADMIN
• Manage incoming and outgoing letters and distribute letters to relevant departments
• Be in charge of preparation for welcoming new employees: working spaces, laptop/desktop, email address and documentations, etc.
• Collect and manage employees’ documents
• Manage timekeeping system
• Manage the company's facilities, ensure the office is running properly
• Manage and carry out inspection of office matters related to safety, protection, hygiene ...
• Monitor the office stationery and facilities. Purchase for the company's facilities.
• Manage, receive, collect and do the payment expenses for office's related costs: rental fee, electricity, water, telephone charges, express delivery, taxi, etc.
• Book vehicles and accommodations for employees. Handle visa applying, work permit for visitors and employees
• Support Finance & Accounting team in assets and inventory management
• Be in charge of company’s internal events (Company trip, year-end party, campaign celebration, etc.)
• Arrange meetings and support Board of Directors (BOD)/ Heads of Department (HOD)
• Other office tasks requested by BOD/HOD
ASSISTANT
• Prepare reports, attend meetings and undertake tasks assigned by the BOD/HOD
• Quickly type and send out directives, decisions, documents, notices from the BOD/HOD to departments in the Company
• Receive and respond to emails authorized and directed by the BOD/HOD
• Arrange working schedules, business trips and meetings related to the BOD/HOD
• Support the BOD/HOD to supervise work or plans implementation of the company’s departments
• Support the BOD/HOD in internal and external relations

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1-year experience in Office Admin, receptionist, administration, or secretary
• Can work under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Bachelor diploma is required
• Good verbal and written English communication skill
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate, excellent working knowledge of all pertinent software
• Problem-solving & strong negotiation skill
