Mô tả công việc
Overall purpose
- Implement and manage office administration cum clerical tasks
- Travel arrangement (visas, hotel and air ticket booking, business trip expenses..) and vendors management
- Support on company activities to improve employees’ engagement
Key responsibilities and duties
- Manage and arrange infrastructure, equipment and office stationery
- Vendors management (taxi, car rentals, house leases, insurances…)
- Plan, organize and support business trip, employees’ trainings and activities, and company events
- Clerical tasks: phone calls management, welcome guests, and daily mail and deliveries management
- Manage documents, related vendors contracts and database of the company
- Keep updating employees’ contact list, org chart, and calendar
- Plan and manage office’s expenditures
- Training employees about company’s admin policy
- Counsel, build and develop office management process to enhance operation performance and professionalism
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

* Required working experience
- At least 3 years, relevant working experience in admin or office management
* Required qualifications
- At least college degree in Office Management/ Human Resources Management is a plus
* Required languages
- English proficiency
* Required knowledge and skills
- Computer skills
- Initiative and responsible with Can-do Attitudes
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and supportive in professional manner
- Good planning, time management and organization skills.
- Ability to analyze, raise decision and solve problems.
