Odoo/ERP Functional Analyst

•    Analyze customer needs, design and build solutions with Odoo
•    Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go- live
•    Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual session
•    Support the sales team during pre- sale
•    Capacity to capture and document requirements
•    Review project documents and identify test requirements
•    Design test plan and actively provide feedback on the task assignments
•    Develop test cases and prepares test data
•    Execute test cases
•    Report bugs found and test results and participate in project reviews
•    Create and update project documents (Blueprint, User guide…)
•    Communicate and report issues directly to the Project Lead in timely manner
•    Cooperate with other members in the team to get the assignments done
•    Coordinate with other project team members to maintain delivery schedule of quality products
•    Coordinate with other support groups in order to facilitate QC activities

•    Major in IT or business or closely relevant
•    Good knowledge on software & testing process.
•    Understanding business processes: sales, purchasing, HR, stock, invoicing & payments.
•    Previous experience in Odoo-related position is a plus
•    Users modeling, role-playing

•    Should possess good temperament to work as a team
