Ocean/ Sea Freight Manager

• Lead the Operation staffs.
• Develop overall local operational strategy and direction for the Air & Ocean Teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to make sure that good services provided to customers and business partners.
• Provide solution for any operational issue(s)
• Maintain and develop a productive team work via training scheme(s). Consistently promote a strong corporate quality and high performance work team.
• Responsible for leading pricing team to get best rates from airlines, shipping lines, trucking companies or any other partners.
• Good relationship with Ocean/Air carriers for sourcing better freight rates.
• Manages and analyzes pricing and profitability on project-based business and strategic/contract accounts/customer and identifies opportunity for improvement.

• 5+ years Management experience in the international freight forwarding companies, preferable global logistics firms.
• Strong proposal development skills, strategy development, and solid negotiation background
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and degree qualification, preferably in a appropriate Freight and Logistics fields.
• Resume should be in English or Chinese
