Mô tả công việc
- Handle Ocean export/import shipments including issuing docs (Bill of Lading), trucking arrangement, customs clearance, sending pre-alerts, issuing debit notes, inputting date into system.
- Follow up with accountant to issue invoice & collect payment.
- Daily tracing/checking with shipping lines on export shipment status & update to customers/overseas agents.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
- Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
- Check & do filing on a monthly basis as per standard requirements.
- Build close and strong relationship with customers and suppliers (internal as well as external).
- Identify areas of our business which require improvements i.e. operations processes, cost control.
- Supervisor is responsible for providing training to new employees as well as evaluating the need of training within the existing staff.
- Provide feedback to the team member on a regular basis. Assist employees as needed. Comply and enforce company policy.
- Other tasks as assignment of Department Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have strong relationship with Carriers/Truckers.
- Having solid knowledge of EU/US market.
- Working experience should be 3-5 years in Forwarding company.
- Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.
- Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English skill [most important].
- Education College Degree.
- Good knowledge of general produres, I/E documentation and custom declaration.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
- Relevant job experience in managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. Ability to delegate and multitask is a must.
** Salary: 11,000,000 VND – 18,000,000 VND
- Having solid knowledge of EU/US market.
