Ocean Export Manager

We need many staff for Ocean export at freight forwarder company.
• Handle Ocean export shipments including issuing docs (Bill of L/D), sending pre-alerts, issuing debit notes, inputting date into system.
• Following up with accountant to issue invoice & collect payment.
• Daily tracing/check with shipping lines on export shipment status & update to customers/overseas agents.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
• Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
• Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
• Check & do filing on a monthly basis as per standard requirements.

• More than 3 years experienced for Ocean Export Manager position.
• Knowledge of handling Ocean Export shipments.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.
• Be a good team player and able to work under pressure.
