Occupational Health Manager

As an Occupational Health Manager, your responsibilities & duties will be included but not limited to:
1. Validate work related injury/illness escalation or de-escalation cases. Encourage a positive environment and experience for injured or ill employees.
2. Collaborate and maintain contact with Intel corporate and local Department of Public Health on latest occupational practices, diseases information and other health related news.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to Occupational Health, local Workers' Compensation Laws and Americans with Disabilities Act ADA where applicable.
4. Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 HIPAA/privacy requirements and Intel Privacy Standards.Ensure compliance to local government and Intel's regulations and standards:
a. Perform Occupational Safety and Health Administration OSHA audits including compliance by suppliers and health nurses
b. Perform quarterly Occupation Health Self-Assessment and Medical Monitoring Program audit in partnership with the occupational health nurses
c. Timely closure of findings
5. Timely communication and drive continuous improvement practices on all occupational health processes and foster close relationship with Intel business partners, local regulators and suppliers.
6. Responsible of emergency backup plans, drills, and events.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following requirement:
1. Registered Nurse with at least 3-4 years of occupational health experience or, Registered Nurse with BSN degree with at least 3 years of occupational health experience or Registered Nurse with MSN with 1-2 years Occupational Health experience.
2. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing and/or Certified Case Manager preferred.
