O&M Engineer

THE SCOPE OF WORK
Regular monitoring, inspection and reporting of PV plant. Participate Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. Maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. Co-ordinate with OEM vendors for equipment maintenance

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1．To ensure the maximum plants performances.
2．Implement operations and maintenance program of the plants. (Preventive, Predictive and Corrective)
3．Coordinate, manage and follow-up the services provided by O&M subcontractors
4．Maintain EHS standards and ensure the same are followed
5．Operates, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains all mechanical, I/C, and electrical equipment as required to support plant operations and maximize shareholder value.
6. Prepare and provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting per reporting standards
7．Performs other duties as assigned by the O&M Manager or designee.

QUALIFICATION
1．Applicable college degree or comparable industry training and EVN certificates strongly preferred.
2．Ability to work proactively and productively with limited supervision
3．Ability to work within a team with a positive attitude, and enthusiastic about the renewable energy industry
4．Fluent in English and can operate in English as a working language. Speaking Mandarin is a plus
