Nz Immigration & Education Coordinator

A great opportunity to work with overseas migration & education consulting agency.

This is a commission-based position and therefore an ideal candidate is already working full-time as a professional consultant and seeking for opportunity to have a second position as a contractor consultant.

Zest Migration & Education is a licensed NZ immigration adviser and we help people with New Zealand visa applications from a visitor visa to a resident visa and finding a right programme or qualification for you or your family and friends. To protect the best interest of our clients has always been our priority since 2013.

Successful candidates will:

• Act as the initial contact point in Vietnam with potential migrants and/or students throughout the process with the support from the head-office - Zest Migration & Education;

• Gauge their interests in terms of academics, careers and extracurricular activities, and analyze their strengths and weakness;

• Maintain clear and accurate records of enquiries;

• Coordinate and liaise with overseas institutions regarding the progress of application;

• Coordinate and liaise between the head-office and clients in relation to the progress of visa application;

• Be responsible for application document handling;

• Manage assigned projects such as admission seminars, interview workshops and assist in preparing marketing material if required;

Candidates with less experience can be considered for Counselor Assistance post.

• Advise students on extracurricular and enrichment opportunities to improve their applications’ strength;

• Prepare for interviews with school representatives/third parties;

• Follow up with the families post-acceptances to ensure that enrollment and visa application are conducted timely and successfully.

• Bachelor or master degree from a reputable international institution (Aus, NZ, UK, US…) is an advantage
• Experience in counseling or consulting for migration and/or education programme is a must while experience working in sales, marketing or related services is a bonus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English skills
• Passion for working with Vietnamese migrants and/or students preparing for life abroad
• High integrity and a strong belief in delivering high-quality service
• Self- motivated, willing to learn, patient, and able to work under pressure
• Strong independent working capability
