Mô tả công việc
1. Role Objective:
- The incumbent is responsible for design and delivery of Clinical training programs to all nursing staff, contractual staff & interns within the organization.
- To provide nursing professional development and education services by assisting nurses in preparing for contemporary practice and supporting them in acquiring the knowledge and skills so that they can competently collect patient health data, analyze the data to determine nursing diagnoses, identify expected outcomes individualized to the patients, develop a plan of care that prescribes intervention to attain the expected outcomes, implement the interventions identified in the plan of care, and evaluate the patient’s progress toward attainment of the outcomes in the medical/surgical care settings.
2. Principal Duties & Key Tasks:
2.1. Provide clinical training on inputs by Nursing Head and customer feedback forms
2.2. Collaborating with other resources (internal, local and international ones) in the practice of nursing professional development.
2.3. Responsible for design, delivery, effectiveness and review of training programs
- Conduct Induction for new nurses
- Design and Conduct specialty courses, with special responsibility of setting unit papers.
- Coordinate and manage mentor program and cross auditing nursing procedures.
2.4. Involved in drafting of nursing protocols; general/department specific.
2.5. Prepare checklists for nursing audits and ensure implementation through area clinical instructors and Supervisors. Analyze reports and plan education in concerned areas in in-service classes.
2.6. Coordinate with HR on any other training programs required for Nursing Staff.
2.7. Assist Nursing Supervisor in technical process design.
2.8. Responsible for designing of the entrance exam for nurses.
2.9. Assist in certification programs. Supporting for Board of Managers to plan continuing Nursing Education Programs at each hospital in Group
2.10. Provide administrative support to Nursing Head at hospitals
2.11. To assist in preparing budget for teaching & training aids
2.12. To liaise with other departments in planning seminars, workshops and other related activities.
2.13. To be a productive member of Nursing quality improvement committee and be a member of any other committee as desired by the management
2.14. Updating and maintaining the records. Preparing the nurses training calendar on annual basis.

- Develop and implement personal performance plans which include periodic self-evaluations with NS.
- Keep abreast of new developments in training techniques, methods and programs.
- Advise NS, on observed areas that need improvement and continuous supervision to ensure safe and quality care to all patients.

- Evidence of demonstrated leadership ability and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively interpret needs and act as an advocate for nurses.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience out of which 02 years as an educator/instructor in a reputed hospital.

- Japanese speaking is a plus
6.4. Other requires
