Mô tả công việc
1. Planning & Budget Control
• Coordinate in planning, budget control, design cost control, G&A cost control, M&S cost control, procurement plan, service agreement
• Main responsibility of construction cost control, legal cost control, tendering, contract admin
2. Project Development & Legal Affairs
• Prepare compensation plan, including payment method and compensation price to ensure project schedule and effective cost structure
• Develop, implement and maintain an integrated system including policies, rules, procedures and PM processes in order to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with legal
• Evaluate and control development plan of project, support and execute issues regarding project legal in order to ensure the compliance of project to the provision of the law.
• Responsible for legal at Design Stage:
o Preliminary investigation of planning and development parameters
o Liaison with authorities regarding services re-diversions, connections and costs (power, water, sewerage, telecommunication etc.)
o Compilation of documents for submission and monitoring of applications to: Environmental Department; Fire Department; Construction Department.
• Responsible for legal at Construction Stage: Obtaining authority progressive approvals and completion certificates.
3. Design Management
• Main responsibility of master plan 1/2000, master plan 1/500, concept design, basic design, technical design, construction design
• Coordinate in value engineering
4. Construction Management
• Main responsibility of project management, construction management, QA/QC, site safety, legal affair
• Coordinate in planning, budget control, design cost control, G&A cost control, M&S cost control, procurement plan, service agreement
• Main responsibility of construction cost control, legal cost control, tendering, contract admin

Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Management Project)
• Having experiences, certificates related to Finance Management/ Project/ Design/Construction…
Working Experience:
• At least 10 years in real estate project management.
Expertise:
• Deep knowledge about Project Management.
• Deep knowledge about corporate administration (strategic planning, financial and work force allocation), teamwork leadership and personnel utilization.
• Profound knowledge about real estate law. Understand about the operation of real estate.
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Management Project)
