Mô tả công việc
• Make Reports:
- Check & manage Logistics cost data
- Make/analye reports for Distribution
- Make payment for transporters
- Calculate saving & simulation report
- Other reports if required
• Process Sales Orders:
- Receive Purchase Order, upload in SAP system
- Follow up with dealer, Sales/Marketing/Accounting until Sales order realease/unblock.
- Closely coordinate with sales team, marketing team and dealers for smooth delivery and secure Lead time
- Cordinate with transporters and sales to solve all issues happened if any with “customer first” mindset.
- Other jobs in outbound team when being assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of related experience in same industry
• Excellent excel skill is required
• Having knowledge of SAP
• Good communication with customers
• Working hard with team work spirit and supportive to others
• Good English communication
• 3-4 years of related experience in same industry
