Mô tả công việc
1. Assessment new products for the assigned Non-Food products:
- Study relevant law documents and new law documents (if any).
- Compile the required document of the assigned departments, the appointed labelling training document and get approval of higher level.
- Audit new products as Government regulation including license documents and labelling as per the SMD approved work instruction. In case of find any non-conformity, it is expected to report managements.
- Feedback the result to relevant department following the timeline as procedure: explanation, discussion or guidance to Merchandisers, Supplier for understanding and following the regulations.
- Update and report the result in Supplier Management file.
- Ensuring to achieve 100% new products must assess on time by proposal and provide solution to improvement (if any).
2. Collecting documents for the assigned departments:
- Collecting documents following the approved required documents as currently procedure:
+ Inform list product having expired documents, un-matching status to Merchandisers as schedule.
+ Solve list product above as regulation in procedure.
- Ensure items have documents as required;
- Ensure items status are matching between Supplier Management file and Profit.
- Clarify group of products to applying regulations.
- Update, report and upload full documents as required in Supplier Management file.
- Ensuring to achieve 100% items which need to collecting documents as required have documents on time by proposal and provide solution to improvement (if any).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Understanding Vietnam regulations about required documents regarding to food, supplement food
- University or College Graduate, preferred in Foods Industry.
- Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area.
- Preferred experience in retail industry (supermarket/ shopping center).
