Mô tả công việc
JOB SUMMARY: Respond to and resolve escalated issues and requests from customers.
Call Center duties (80%):
• Receiving inbound call, answering, and advising customers
• Carrying out outbound call as needed
• Replying for customers' requests via email
• Carrying out happy call including survey of customer satisfaction index (CSI)
• Handling for solving complaints of customers/ dealers
• Informing customers/ dealers via phone come to Service Center to get back their repaired products
• Negotiating with customers/ dealers via phone for cases of product swap, product upgrade, and sales return
• Informing the quotation of the chargeable repair cases to customers/ dealers via phone
• Collecting data and making KPI report of contact center
• Other jobs that are assigned by superior
Report (10%): Review & report pending case over 3days. CSI report
Other assigned task (10%) from Line Manager
REPORTING LINE: Services Operation Assistant Manager

• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor degree
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service related field experience.
• Have good customer service skill
• Well understanding and experience of customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English
• Work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude
• Ability to work under high pressure and fast pacing working environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
