Nhóm Trưởng Phòng Xuất Nhập Khẩu / Import – Export Leader

• Make the yearly report to custom.
• Make & check import export document.
• Check item code, H/S code, C/O.
• Prepare document to apply import export license if needed.
• Following the Purchasing & Sale plan to repair the documents:Invoice, Packing list, C/O, Contract, Payment…
• Contact with supplier & customer for import export document.
• Contact and coordinate with Forwarder for making custom clearance, delivery docs, the shipping schedules, ensure to keep up with the schedule.
• Supervise the deliver & receive good.
• Inform the concerned department about the shipment schedule.
• Maintain production norm register with customs, register import part list and make balance report with customs office.
• To manage and filling purchasing, import/export documents
• To do the job related with import export document.
• Other jobs upon request from Manager
• Have knowledge and update new custom law.

• Female : from 22 – 28 years old. Candidates in Binh Duong is preferrable.
• Graduated from Regular University (Foreign Trade, National Economic, Commercial is prefer)
• Can communicate in English.
• At least 1-2 years experience in import-export field. (EPE company experience is an advantage).
• Good communication & teamwork.
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office. (software knowledge is prefer).
• Willing to work for the company for long term. Local staff is an advantage

*Company regulations:
• Working time: 8:00-16:30 from Mon-Sat, Lunch at company. 2 Saturadays off/month.
• Company bus: pick up from Aeon Binh Duong and Becamex Tower.
• Salary: negotiable.
