Mô tả công việc
Key Job Purpose :
• To manage ordering & importing.
• To monitor delivery work operation to end uses which is executed by contracted provider.
Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
- To prepare documents for customs clearance and manage import work conducted by contracted provider while providing required documents and information.
- To provide documents to distributors to input the goods in distributor's warehouse
- To receive order from Sales Department/Customers, place orders to distributors and monitor orders until they are completed.
- To monitor delivery work operation to end uses, prepare necessary documents for direct sales from company.
- To input sales into SAP system
- To prepare documents for import license application
- To do other task relevant to logistics department such as prepare, print label for buying goods,...
- To join logistics and/or other trainings
- To read update and follow company's standard operating procedures and guidelines in daily work.
- To support Managers/Supervisor to made, review and improved standard operating procedures and guidelines.

REQUIREMENT:
- Diploma in College/ University or equivalent
- Min 2 years working experience of total management of logistics work in international business in terms of healthcare
- Stock Management, Importing Work, Logistics Process Management,
- Skills and Knowledge Required: Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint...), English Communication
- High sensitivity to fulfill task accurately using logic and data, positive mindset of customer satisfaction and compliance
- IVD business, Accounting & Logistic IT system (like SAP system)
- Flexible to respond to regional training/meeting
