Mô tả công việc

- Receive purchase request and check per item with factory.

- Prepare and check with accounting for L/C.

- Make plan for payment schedule.

- Make purchase order and send them to suppliers

- Contact with headquarters and suppliers about delivery time.

- Discuss with warehouse staff for urgent case to solve the problem.

- Register BOM and transfer data to the customs by customs software.

- Prepare import data and declaration for C/O application.

- Create C/O form to suitable with the requirement from the Ministry.

- Make document for refund import tax.

- Make ISO document and answer question in ISO audit.

- Make weekly purchase report

- Education: University or College

- Experience: from 1 years

- Technical skills: C/O experience, oversea purchase.

- Characteristic : hard-working, cafeful, enthusiastic, fast-learning

- Computer skills : Word, Excel

- Interpersonal skills: English Communication
