Mô tả công việc

• Making Import and export documentations (Sale contract, custom declaration, import duty tax, import licenses ...)
• Making import tax payment & submit to Finance
• Co-operate with warehouse supervisor for export shipment with optimal logistic cost
• Contact & coordinate to Shipping agent/Forwarder/Customs broker/Courier to get import documents relation and ensure the shipment arrive timely
• Contact & coordinate to Shipping agent/Forwarder/Customs broker/Courier to get the booking confirmation and deliver shipment to customers on time
• Checking shipping docs, B/L to make sure customs declaration correctly
• Liaising with Ansell Global logistics & other department related to import requirement
• Follow up 3PLs’ performance and report to Logistics Manager
• File export/import documents as Ansell regulations
• Any other duties as assigned by Logistics Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College Degree or Bachelor majoring in foreign trade, external economics, business or other related fields
• At least 01 years working experience import & export fields
• Have knowledge about Customs declaration, Certificated of Origin and VNACCS -ECUS5 system
• Integrity, open-minded, creative thinking, honest, patient & careful
• English in intermediate level
• Be able work under pressure and independent

* Note: shuttle buses provided for employees from HCM & Bien Hoa to the Plant
