• Chịu trách nhiệm tất cả hoạt động liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu của công ty
To be responsible for company’s customs clearance in and out Viet Nam
• Bảo đảm tất cả hàng hóa được thông quan hải quan nhanh nhất và tuân thủ theo luật Việt Nam và chính sách công ty
To ensure all shipments can be cleared at soonest and in complied with Vietnam Law and Grundfos compliance policy.
• Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra, xác minh tất cả chi phí thông quan, chi phí vận chuyển, thuế nhập khẩu và các chi phí khác có liên quan
To be responsible for verifying all customs clearance expense, shipping local charges, import duty and other clearance expense.
• Hợp tác với các công ty vận tải/ công ty cung cấp dịch vụ, Đại lý hải Quan nhằm bảo đảm an toàn và đúng thời gian vận chuyển cho tất cả chuyến hàng hóa
To cooperate with forwarders/ service providers / brokers to ensure safe and timely transportation for all shipments
• Thường xuyên cập nhật luật và các quy định liên quan đến quy trình/thủ tục
Frequently update the laws and regulations related to customs procedures
• Chịu trách nhiệm tất cả các chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu bao gồm chứng từ vận tải, hải quan, hợp đồng mua bán, phiếu yêu cầu mua hàng…Bảo đảm toàn bộ chứng từ được bảo quản và lưu trữ theo thứ tự, ngăn nắp và gọn gàng
To be responsible for all import/export documents including shipping document, custom declaration, purchase contract, purchase orders etc. Ensure all documents are filed orderly.
• Chịu trách nhiệm gởi toàn bộ chứng từ hàng hóa cho khách hàng theo yêu cầu chi tiết và về thời gian
To be responsible for sending complete sets of shipping documents to customers correctly and timely as committed.
• Chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị và nộp tất cả các báo cáo đến các cơ quan hải quan có liên quan và theo chính sách nội bộ công ty
To be responsible for preparing and submitting all kinds of reports to relevant customs authorities as well as internal policy.
• Quản lý Đại lý hải quan
Manage customs clearance broker vendor.
• Hỗ trợ các hoạt động liên quan đến kho bãi
Support warehousing activities
• Thực hiện công việc khác theo yêu cầu của người quản lý
Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Supervisor

• Bằng đại học, liên quan đến hải quan, thương mại, ngoại thương
University Degree, Major in Custom, Commercial or Foreign Trade
• Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm về thủ tục hải quan, xuất nhập khẩu
From 3 -year experience in area of customs clearance, import - export.
• Thông thạo tiếng Anh – viết và nói
Good command of written and spoken English
• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và quản lý khách hàng
Good interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
• Có kỹ năng phân tích, tổ chức và kế hoạch
Analytical mind with good organizational and planning skills.
• Chủ động, cẩn thận, có khả năng giải quyết số liệu chính xác và hiệu quả
Active, careful and able to handle routine data entries accurately and efficiently
• Có kiến thức về SAP là một lợi thế
Those with SAP or order processing experience will have an added advantage
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, sáng tạo và có tinh thần hợp tác tốt
Independent, initiative and team-work
