Job description
- Achieve individual target set by Store Manager and maximize the sales of Bose products by driving best customer experience to achieve overall store sales target
- Evaluate the customer needs and requirements by following the Bose customer engagement standards to provide the best solutions
- Provide product demonstration and presentation to walk- in customers
- Passionate about Bose products and eager to share that passion with customers
- Meet, greet and engage customers in the stores to uncover their needs and match their needs with the right Bose product
- Handle pre and post sales customer enquiries and escalations
- Develop rapport with customers with the aim of delivering a great customer experience and customer satisfaction that lead Bose- customer relationship
- Participate in all on- going trainings, and aspects of retail sales and customer service excellence to create ownership for customers on the sales floor
- Advocate flexibility with schedules and dynamic retail environment within the team to cope and address varying business needs.
- Proactively assist Store Manager or the other team members in store operations related task

- Using English and Vietnamese at work
