Nhân Viên Thu Mua (Mechanical)

- Get quotation and make PO for supplier.
- Negotiate with local and oversea supplier
- Make payment report and follow up payment of suppliers for ACC dept.
- Take care of and support work related to IE,.. (when needed)

- Make purchase order in system for all Moldshop material, get necessary signatures and hand over to accounting
- Follow up timelines of supplies and inform by delay necessary parties (Moldshop Manager, MS-Teamleader)
- Follow up and coordinate overseas purchasings together with import/export
- Updating new items in min/max stock file on server and suggest Moldshop-Manager min/max quantity
- Record purchasing order and update in MOLD SHOP PURCHASING file on the server everyday.

- Working time: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 17:00). Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
- Company bus: from Thu Duc, Bien Hoa to Long Thanh

- Have experience of mechanic is advantage
- English (listening/writing/speaking/reading)
- Microsoft office skill
- Communication skill
