Mô tả công việc
- Handle outbound calls to existing and potential customers to consult effectively on the appropriate learning courses;
- Be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships;
- Work closely with Telesales Senior on assigned leads and proactively follow up with leads generated;
- Direct all activities required to achieve walk-in numbers to the site, targets, and goals;
- Ensure efficient follow-ups to customers and maintain high service standards.
- Follow up with daily and weekly report.
- Participate in all training and development plans organized by the company (via Zoom, MS Teams, etc.);
- Any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 1-year experience in telesales function is require
- Proven track record in achieving sales;
- Has a service-to-sales mindset with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction;
- High literacy with technology;
- Attention to details on every aspect of the customer journey
- Resourceful, resilient and have the ability to think out of the box
- Ability to connect with people from different levels
- Good attitude and comfortable with a new way of working
- High literacy in technology and MS office software
- Weekend duty rosters

CURIOOkids is an Entrepreneur, Design, Technology & English training provider for young people (3 -12 years old). With our proprietary behavioral software (CBAS), we deeply understand what makes each child unique and we track & share developmental progress with Parents. Our learning program develops the critically important practical & behavioral skills that prepare our students for ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT and a BRIGHT FUTURE.
Founded in 2019, we currently have12 studios in China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Thailand, with 14 more studios opening in H2 2021, including Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan.
OUR PURPOSE
1. To help children understand their strengths, personality and talent. No child should go through 12 years of schooling and not know what they like, what they are interested in and what makes them unique and talented (everyone has talent!)
2. Prepare 1,000,000 young people for the incredible changes taking place in our society. Digitization, technology, the nature of work, climate change and gender equality are rapidly impacting the types of opportunities available for young people. If they are not ready, they will be left behind.
