Nhân Viên Phòng Pur/ Logistics Staff

- Carry out customs procedures for import and export goods and specialized inspection, chemical declaration, import license.
- Control the delivery schedule and ship schedule
- Control unusual goods & claims with insurance companies
- Control logistics costs
- Make payment of logistics costs for FWD
- Prepare internal reports, report to state agencies related to import and export goods. Priority has experience in making settlement reports.

- Requirements:
+ Female/ Male
+ Number of recruitment: 01
+ University graduation, degree in economics, foreign trade, commerce, foreign languages.
+ Having experience in making settlement reports would be an advantage.
+ Fluent in English (both verbal and writing, know Japanese is an advantage).
+ Being good at computer knowledge and skills ( MS Word, excel, Power point)
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Confidentiality, initiative, reliability
+ Carefulness, honesty and able to work under high pressure
