Nhân Viên Phòng Nhân Sự (English Fluency, ~$1000)

* HR Parts needed include Tranining, Recruitment, C&B, Employee Assistant, Joyful and Other Parts.
* Support HR Team Leader the following:
- Lead, motivate, manage and develop the HR function
- Lead HR team to deliver HR support and services to the business
- Deliver high quality HR Operational services that are efficient and effective
- Provide advice and support to production in areas of communication on policies, practices and processes,
- Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
- Managing other operational support functions like recruitment, on-boarding, termination activities, international mobility etc and ensuring risk control measures are in place under these functions
- Provide timely and effective HR advise to production on long and short term strategies
- Develop people plan and strategy and implement it across different functions
- Support production and functions by providing tools, process and policies in regard to talent management, compensation & rewards, employment regulations, recruitment and performance management

* Working Time: Monday ~ Friday
* Overtime Claim: 150% Weekdays, 200% Weekends
* Shultle Bus from Hai Duong City or Hai Phong
* Having 3 meals/day if OT
* 13th Salary + Good Insurance Packages
* Probation Time: 100%

- Graduate degree in HR or business management
- More than 2 years of HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR process, policy, systems
- Ability to deliver demanding production objectives and goals
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities particularly around coaching and development planning and talent management.
- Ability to work effectively with leadership and all other levels in the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication skill in English
