Mô tả công việc
• Make manpower daily report
• Input OT, register annual leave, sick leave... in the system
• Make attendance: Co-ordinate with staff of other section to summarize working day to calculate salary/ bonus monthly
• Calculate salary/ bonus monthly, approved by manager and transfer money.
• Making labor report following the request of management agencies at local labor.
• Issue decision related to wage, benefit (resign, retire, sick leave, accident…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1 year experience about attendance, payroll
• Have Knowledge about wage of government and wage – bonus policies of company.
• Have skill summary – analysis – evaluation labor market/ wage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook...)
• Good at English( Writing)
