Mô tả công việc
- Find new supplier, negotiate best price and record related information about supplier & materials.
- Issue purchase order & follow up delivery schedule to meet production plan
- Check shortage items & stock daily to arrange suitable shipment, avoid stop line and minimize inventory day
- Do logistic jobs: Prepare in voice, contact with forwarder to arrange shipment, follow up shipping schedule
- Cooperate with Logistic team to clear the cargo at the soonest time
- Check invoice, do statement for suppliers
- Cooperate with logistics team to clear the cargo at the soonest time
- Check in voice, do statement for suppliers
- Coorpertate with supplier to solve for any defective items, quality issue
- Other jobs as BOM request.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female
- Graduate from university
- At least 1 year of working experience in purchasing (local & oversea)
- Fluent English both writing & speaking
- Second foreign languages such as Chinese, Japanese as a preferrence
- Good computer/ MS office skill/ Problem solving skill.
