Nhân Viên Mua Hàng (Procurement Staff ~$1000)

* Working Time: Monday ~ Friday
* Overtime Claim: 150% Weekdays, 200% Weekends
* Shultle Bus from Hai Duong City or Hai Phong
* Having 3 meals/day if OT
* 13th Salary + Good Insurance Packages

Job descriptions
1. Material Forecast, Purchasing:
- Forecast materials based on production plan, End-Customer’s forecast & headquarter’s allocation
- Daily follow up with component shipment, request custom clearance for import shipment
- Daily follow up and reflect actual supply plan PSI
- Weekly review CTB with End-customer, perform tasks that requested by End-customer
- Daily update on production plan
- Daily update on actual inventory
2. Quality management
- Follow up with IQA for incoming inspection result and resolve any related issues;
- Communicate with suppliers on quality issues, follow up with improvement solution/ replacement shipment/ sorting materials
- Manage RMA, 4M process, etc.
- Annually site audit vendors (if needed)
3. ERP, SCS, GIPS system
- Manage suppliers’ database
- Update component price, release purchase order
- Shipment process (confirm BL, inv; request custom clearance, etc.)
- Manage inventory, monthly closing
- Quality issue, 4M process
4. Monthly payment: Arrange payment request for vendors (monthly basis)
5. Report & others: Monthly/ daily report to internal & outside organization, also with other request for leadership team.

Knowledge:
- Electrical Consumer Product is a plus
- Supply chain management
- Inventory Management
- Oracle, G-ERP System
Skills & Competencies:
- Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving & decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written in English
- Sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn and work
- Excellent at using MS office, advance at Excel
Experience/Education:
- BA or MBA, major in Foreign Trade or Business and Management or Economy
- At least 02 years of experience in purchasing (raw materials), material forecasting
