Mô tả công việc
- Receiving the new orders: check, calculate and buy the materials (domestic and foreign) to catch up with the production schedule.
- Looking for the new suppliers in Viet Nam and oversea.
- Develop new items in many suppliers to find the best quality and price to achieve the highest profits.
- Flexibly use stock to avoid being nonmarketable so long.
- Manage the material warehouse and the finished-product warehouse. Following up the daily input and output of the warehouse, make the report to Accounting Department.
- Make a payment and report the Debit Note to the supplier and head office
- Make the production report at the end of every month and report to the parent company.
Combine the IMP/Exp team to input the goods to the factory
