- Be the face of Abbott Pharmaceutical Department, to greet visitors and direct them to correct destination
- Receive phone calls and transfer them
- Receive letters and transfer them to correct departments
- Check and send out letters
- Supply and collect admin forms such as move in/out of goods, leave application, etc.
- Manage logistics-related tasks to make sure presentable appearance of front office
- Support office management admin tasks
- Provide personal assistance to managers if required
- Other tasks assigned by manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University / college degree in Administrations is preferable
- Experience at the same position is a plus
- Fluent in English and Vietnam
- Proficient skills in MS Office
- Quick, enthusiastic, able to work in team environment and independently
