Customers should always feel that the staff are friendly, engaging and attentive while being respectful of the customer’s space. The bar should be a fun place, somewhere that is comfortable for friends to hangout and enjoy each other’s company. It is our goal to be gender and culturally inclusive with a target of 70% Vietnamese customers. The Heart of Darkness is a premium brand, the bar which must be reflected in every detail of the bar. Everything should be well kept and clean. The staff should always be dressed in works shirts and respectable other clothing.
